Hello everyone !
Today I'm gonna show you my healthy and easy meals.
At first - fit oats muffins with banana and plums.
Recipe :
1 and 1/4 cup
rye
flour
1/2
cup
oats
flakes
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup
coconut
milk
1
banana
1/2 tsp
baking
soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1
egg
3 tsp coconut oil
3 tsp
plums
mousse
(
homemade
without sugar )
few
dried
plums.
In a
bowl
mix all dry
ingredients
. In another bowl mix wet ingredients ( you can use blender). Mix it up ( dry and wet) and sprinkle oats on top.
Bake
at 190 for about 25 minutes.
